Each week, I keep my eye out for standout properties that either illustrate the market or stick out for another reason.

This week I couldn’t not feature 444 Madison Street, a four-floor, 5,300-square-foot Cherry Creek North town home with a three-car garage and elevator. Along with the tasteful, high-end fit and finish and exceptional rooftop deck complete with fireplace and mountain views, the wide footprint is its standout feature.

Most town homes in Cherry Creek North are narrow, follow their two-car garage layout. This one has a three-car garage and the wide footprint to match. That means that it can have great first-floor rooms like its great study, one of the nicest I’ve seen in a Cherry Creek home.

I had the chance to preview the home with a few buyers before it officially hit the market as it is listed by a fellow agent at my awesome brokerage, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. It should hit the market today at $2.1 million.

Built in 2004, the home also has a spacious finished basement with nine- or 10-foot ceilings, making the space comfier than many I see.

First-floor masters are in high demand in Cherry Creek North as it allows older buyers to bypass the daily stair hike. With an elevator, this offers a workaround.

For buyers who have a three-car garage and an elevator on their list, you can’t miss this home.

I’d love to show you this home, talk about the market or help you buy or sell another. Reach out to me at kharris@livsothebysrealty.com or at 720.877.1538.
