Welcome to Congress Park

Known for its delightful mix of single-family homes, which include bungalows, tudors and historic homes along 7th Avenue, Congress Park is one of my all time favorite Denver neighborhoods. It’s a special place to live and visit.

Defined by 6th Avenue to the south, Colfax Avenue to the north, York Street to the west and Colorado Blvd to the east, neighbors love Congress Park’s location for its close proximity to Cherry Creek, the massive City Park (which includes the Denver Museum of Nature and Science and the Denver Zoo), Cheesman Park (which houses the Denver Botanic Gardens), the intimate Congress Park, and downtown Denver.

Additional Details

Living on the south side of Congress Park allows residents to stroll into the amenities of Cherry Creek North.

Along the west side of the neighborhood, residents can easily walk to the Denver Botanic Gardens, which hosts outdoor summer concerts and serves as a great spot for evening picnics and twinkling light displays around the holiday season. It also offers a wide variety of volunteer opportunities.

On its north side, between 9th and Colfax avenues, residents have easy access to a vibrant commercial corner along 12th Avenue with local favorites such as Blue Pan Pizza and Chef Zorba’s diner, which has been in Congress Park since 1979. Attractive amenities along 9th and Colorado include Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, a new theater and more.
